Wholesale Terms

Opening Order

• 5 Piece minimum, no minimum reorder
• 1st Order Proforma - Credit Card Only , no terms will be granted for opening orders.
• Net 30 terms will be granted once references are provided and verified by Janna Ugone & Co.. PLEASE NOTE: NET 30 ACCOUNTS CANNOT PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD.

Ongoing Terms

• Proforma with credit card only.
• Net 30 with references. Net 30 accounts cannot pay with a credit card.
• All accounts that are past due over the agreed upon terms will be subject to a 12% APR penalty.

Lead Time

Subject to the size and the nature of the order placed. Lead times may vary.
Please call for current lead time status.

Back Orders

All Back orders will be shipped once ready. If you do not accept back orders you must notify Janna Ugone & Co. when you place the order.

Shipping

We will ship anywhere in the world. Shipment to the lower 48 states via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. All other orders ship via U.S. Postal Service. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Packing Charge: Included in the wholesale cost.
Drop Ship Fee: $15.00 per address

Return Policy

All Janna Ugone & Co. products are made to order.
All orders are firm. All sales are final.

All Janna Ugone & Co. custom products are made to order. Please inquire about our Custom Policy for details.

MSRP

We have an established MSRP. All work should be listed at an MSRP of 2.2. This will be reflected on our public website as of January 1, 2017
